Why
select Yokota pulse tools for better productivity
Yokota Pulse is a type of tool which is famous globally in terms of speed
and accuracy. And these amazing modifications are done by the YOKOTA i.e. pulse
tool. YOKOTA has also an impact tool but there are some limitations in that tool
that are slightly noisy and give some vibration while operating. So, to overcome
this YOKOTA has developed a kind of tool i.e. Pulse tool, which is very less
noisy and less vibration also gives the best result in accuracy and speed. There
are many types of pulse tools. We choose one of them according to our use and
less requirement of that feature. If I talk about the pulse tool there is also
categorized into two mechanism. I.e. shutoff pulse tool and Non-shutoff pulse
tool.
The main features of this pulse tool having
an oil pulse unit that is used to generate the required torque and there are no
metal to metal contact (i.e. Impact Mechanism) it provides a softer, high controlled
pulse with very much low vibration and noise than an impact wrench. This applies torque in smooth
increment rather than in continuous blow. The Free speeds of 4,000 to 8,000 RPM
are typical. Depending on the joint condition, whether it is soft or hard,
so for hard joint, 10 to 15 pulses is usually enough to tighten an application.
This type
of wrenches having a twin blade impulse mechanism for sealing oil which provides a better repeatability.
The mechanism is meant in
order that the liner, rotated by the air motor gives an equal
torque on both blades and instant rotation torque on the most shaft (see figure
below). Depending on model and setting, the impulse wrenches give 10 - 40
impulses per sec. The power is transmitted by pressure and thus the impulse wrenches have a really low noise and vibration
level.
Yokota Non-shutoff
pulse tool: -
YLa Series: - The main advantages of this tool for better productivity is
The high motor efficiency gives extremely accurate and fast results.
The maintenance cost is very lower.
This tool is very ergonomics: ergo touch / Ergo grip / Ergo trigger.
This tool is having a low environmental impact: reduction of CO2 emission / Low noise / low vibration.
Oil-free: can be used with non-lubricated air.
Range- 9 – 160nm and speed- 4000 to 7000rpm
